3. Return Shipping:
We understand that returning an item can be a hassle, which is why we offer prepaid return shipping labels for eligible returns. Simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier. In case a prepaid label is not available for your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the package. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
4. Refunds and Store Credits:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or issue you a store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Store credits can be used for future purchases and will never expire.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
