Halloween Hangover

I think it’s safe to say our Halloween was a success this year. The girls agreed on a costume theme, costumes arrived in time (and fit!), they had the time of their lives trick-or-treating with friends, no one got sick from eating too much candy, and Syd and I have lived to tell the tale. Now it’s time to take down the spooky decor and start prepping for the holiday season! I am just mildly excited, haha.

There’s a new project to share on the horizon for Studio McGee. This charming home was recently completed and our team was there installing last week. Lucky for me, the house is right around the corner so I’ve been able to pop by to check on the progress. It’s a beauty and I cannot wait to share all of the details with you.

The most wonderful time of the year is nearly here and I don’t think you can ever get started on your holiday gift shopping too early. I’ve been devouring this new book by Ina Garten and loving every word. There is so much about her life that I didn’t know and I have loved listening to her tell her story in her own words. Definitely a great, uplifting read I’m telling everyone to grab.
