Holiday Crinkle Cookie Recipe

The holiday season is my favorite time to bake, and there’s one recipe that always brings back the sweetest memories.
Chocolate crinkle cookies have been a tradition in my family since I was a child, thanks to my mom’s love for creating festive treats. With their fudgy, brownie-like flavor and snowy powdered sugar coating, they’re the perfect indulgence for this time of year. Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 room temp eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Method

Combine the wet ingredients and mix.

Combine the dry ingredients and incorporate into the wet.

Cover and chill for 4 hours.

Roll into balls and into powdered sugar.

Bake at 350º F for 10-12 minutes.
